Ryan Minarik, ND, LAc.

Dr. Minarik has been through multiple prolotherapy trainings with both the the American Osteopathic Association of Prolotherapy Integrative Pain Management, www.acopms.com, and Hackett Hemwall Foundation, www.hacketthemwall.org.  He has extended training in the fields of Neural Therapy, Neural Prolotherapy and Biopuncture, in addition to being a licensed Acupuncturist.

He is owner and the original co-founder of Elixia Wellness Group, a multi-practitioner holistic medical center located in the Sellwood neighborhood of Portland, Oregon. He also recently co-founded FoRM Health, with a focus primarily on treating injuries in athletes ranging from recreational to professional levels, in addition to general musculoskeletal complaints. Dr. Minarik obtained his medical training and completed an additional 2-year residency at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR.

Native to the Pacific Northwest, he grew up in Washington State and attending the University of Washington in Seattle as an undergraduate. Dr. Minarik has a special interest in sports medicine, being active in many sports himself. His activities outside of medicine include traveling, and most any outdoor activity he can participate in such as rock climbing, kite boarding, snowboarding, tennis, soccer, hiking, mountain biking, and fly fishing.
